🚗 Used Car Sales Complaints

 

1️⃣ Contact Us

  • Reach us in person, by phone, or email.

  • Provide your name, contact info, vehicle details, and a description of your concern.

2️⃣ Acknowledgment

  • We confirm receipt within 24 hours and assure you it is being reviewed.

3️⃣ Investigation & Agreed Plan

  • We review your purchase and speak with relevant staff.

  • If your complaint involves a defect or fault, please report it via our warranty claims process.

  • We work with you to agree on a clear plan to resolve the complaint.

4️⃣ Resolution & Follow-Up

  • The agreed plan is implemented promptly, which includes repair, refund, or another suitable solution.

  • If not satisfied, the matter can be escalated to the Departmental Head.

 

🚙 Self-Drive Car Rental Complaints

  • Provide your rental agreement number, vehicle details, and a description of your concern.

2️⃣ Acknowledgment

  • We confirm receipt within 24 hours and assure you it is being addressed.

3️⃣ Investigation & Resolution

  • We review your rental agreement, vehicle condition, and operational details.

  • Complaints are resolved within 2–3 business days.

4️⃣ Follow-Up

  • We keep you updated and explain the outcome clearly.

  • If unresolved, the matter can be escalated to the Departmental Head.
