3️⃣ Investigation & Agreed Plan

We review your purchase and speak with relevant staff.

If your complaint involves a defect or fault, please report it via our warranty claims process.

We work with you to agree on a clear plan to resolve the complaint.
4️⃣ Resolution & Follow-Up

The agreed plan is implemented promptly, which includes repair, refund, or another suitable solution.

If not satisfied, the matter can be escalated to the Departmental Head.
