If you are going to be in the Falklands for only a limited time, it may not make financial sense to purchase a vehicle only to have to sell it again when you leave. At Falklands4x4 we can offer competitive rates for both long and short term rentals suitable for short stay contract officers. With a large fleet of vehicles including models such as Toyota Land Cruiser, Ford Everest and Land Rover models, we’ll be able to find something suitable for your requirements. All of our vehicles are diesel 4x4s, suitable for the Falklands and we have both manual and automatic vehicles.
We offer long and short-term rentals which can be anything from three days (minimum) to several months. We also offer fixed-term leasing contracts which may be more suited to business customers. Please contact us for a quotation.
Vehicle rentals include:
- Regular servicing of the vehicle according to the manufacture guidelines
- Road tax
- Vehicle insurance*
- General wear and tear such as replacing worn tyres**
You will also benefit from:
- On-call mechanic in the event of a breakdown**
- Courtesy vehicle to cover you if your vehicle is unavailable for servicing or repair
- Vehicle valeting**
*If you choose to take out your own insurance policy, this could lower your rental fee

Please note it is strictly prohibited for our hire vehicles to be taken off-road (i.e. on tracks) at any time. This includes sites such as Volunteer Point, Bluff Cove, Elephant Beach, etc. Taking the vehicle off-road will result in a £500 fine.
